120 гектаров земли в Севастополе выделят для участников СВО
В новом генплане Севастополя предусмотрено более 120 га земли для бойцов СВО. Об этом сообщил и.о. вице-губернатора города Максим Жукалов в ходе обсуждения проекта в Заксобрании.
Основные моменты: ✔️ Земля выделена из государственной собственности. ✔️ После утверждения генплана разработают проекты планировки и межевания. ✔️ Земельные участки предназначены для строительства жилых домов.
Что уже сделано? 🔹 К концу 2024 года в районе сел Полюшко и Осипенко выдали 600 участков. 🔹 В очереди на получение земельного надела – более 8000 человек. 🔹 С 2024 года у бойцов есть альтернатива – денежная выплата 1 млн рублей вместо участка.
