Как отметили налоговики, встать на учет в качестве плательщика НПД можно при одновременном соблюдении следующих условий: - российское гражданство; - в регионе есть возможность применения НПД.
То есть наличие отметки в паспорте о постоянном месте жительства или справки о месте пребывания не требуется.
