Согласно тексту пояснительной записки, государственная программа Приморского края «Развитие культуры Приморского края на 2020–2027 годы» в 2022 году уменьшена на 10,7 млн рублей. Из них – 4 млн рублей, предназначенных для «проведения праздничного новогоднего салюта, на организацию и проведение Дальневосточного библиотечного форума в связи с отменой торжественных и праздничных мероприятий».
