Концепция «Земцов, Кондиайн и партнеры» — финалист конкурса. Заказчиком выступает ПАО «Газпром». Экогалереая — продолжение парка 300-летия, поэтому авторы предложили выполнить здание в виде холма с серпантином пешеходных пандусов и ступенями видовых амфитеатров.
В «холме» — четыре застекленных атриума с тропическими растениями, а также главное внутреннее пространство — «Большой Каньон». Там же предусмотрены спортивные площадки, зоны отдыха, коворкинг, скалодром, переговорные, заведения общепита.

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
