Что ж, похоже, ситуация в городе не так страшна, как ожидалось. В центре Петербурга, на Загородном проспекте, очевидно, что тротуары густо посыпались песком, хотя много где на них островки льда. Проезжая часть практически вся расчищена, а вот по тротуарам кое-где пробираться сложно: мешают и те самые островки льда, и смесь льда с песком, и ограждения, предупреждающие о сходе снега с крыш.

Беглый осмотр показал, что наледи на крышах почти нет, а потому смотреть в небо может быть и необязательно.

Травмоопасен мост Ломоносова со стороны Зодчего Росси. На спуске — гололёд, можно упасть. Не убрано, по словам читателей, и в переулке Пирогова.

Сложнее ситуация за пределами центра Петербурга: к примеру, путь к остановке трамвая на Чапаева выглядит совсем бессовестно.

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public.
