Сделали очевидную вещь - чат бот куда можно отправить текст сомнительной смс или скриншот или аудио. В ответ получаешь вероятность мошенничества. ДИТ приглашает совместно с пользователями обучить нейронную сеть и победить мошенников. Мне кажется очень достойная история отношения государства и граждан.
Если серьезно, то ежедневные сообщения в прессе о том как разводят граждан а деньги (с 1 января мониторю, не проходит ни дня что бы такой новости не появилось) позорят всю нашу индустрию. Как то надо государству эту историю 'закрывать'
