Авторы исследования посчитали, что в России работают как минимум 73 компании в сфере робототехники, из которых 19 занимаются производством промышленных роботов, 56 компаний предоставляют услуги по интеграции, а 5 — производят комплектующие для роботов.
В России зарегистрировано 257 патентов в робототехнике. А среди самых активных разработчиков — Университет Иннополис, Институт машиноведения им. А. А. Благонравова РАН, Институт автоматики и процессов управления ДВО РАН, Санкт-Петербургский политехнический университет Петра Великого, DS-Robotics и «ТермоЛазер».

Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
