Минувшей ночью, примерно в 2:00, на 85 км ФАД «Кочубей-Нефтекумск-Мин.Воды», 37-летний житель Азербайджана, управляя фурой «VOLVO», совершил наезд на мужчину, который выбежал на проезжую часть дороги вне зоны пешеходного перехода.

В результате ДТП 38-летний житель Ставропольского края от полученных тяжких телесных повреждений скончался на месте происшествия.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
