Знаете ли вы, что за крепкое словцо в рекламном посте можно словить штраф?

Например, недавно суд признал креатив с заголовком «Хватит жопиться, приходи в «<...>» шопиться!» безнравственным нарушителем закона о рекламе. А ведь это даже не мат!

Так-то. Если кто-то углядит в рекламе намек на что-то неприличное или оскорбительное для «пола, расы, национальности, профессии, возраста, религиозных символов» и даже объектов культурного наследия! Можно огрести.

В общем, никаких больше шуточек про трактористов, евреев или Кремль.

Я вот не пойму только, почему такое спокойно используется?
