Весь день провёл за рулем! Ездил в гости к коллегам главам поселений Тарма и Турма.
Не на чай, конечно, а на рабочую встречу, где вместе обсудили актуальные вопросы жителей. Кто и как может рассчитывать на льготы при заготовке дров? Когда отремонтируют школы и сады? Почему недостаточно работает отопление? Темы не новые, но внутри каждой территории своя специфика.
Крепкая коммуникация внутри нашего района очень важна для развития всех поселений, в том числе Вихоревки. Такие встречи для меня – это обмен опытом и кладезь идей для будущей работы. Это поможет мне и главам муниципальных образований сконцентрировать внимание на проблемах первостепенной важности и единообразно решать похожие вопросы.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
