Губернатор Вячеслав Гладков отметил, что такое поручение в ходе заседания оргкомитета «Победа» лично дал президент РФ Владимир Путин. Встречи будут организованы только с одобрения родственников ветеранов. Если же состояние здоровья ветеранов не позволит им встретиться лично, то поздравления будут переданы через их близких.
