Одним из осёдлых видов птиц на Командорских островах является пуночка или, как её ещё называют, снежный воробей. Зимой эти пернатые малыши чаще всего встречаются стайками, которые кормятся вдоль морского побережья. Однако случается, что они прилетают в село Никольское в поисках пищи делят стол с полевыми воробьями. А ведь в мире найдётся не много мест, где можно одновременно наблюдать эти два вида!
