На комитет по инвестиционной политике предусмотрено финансирование в размере 1,7 млн рублей, на комитет по делам молодежи – 97 млн рублей. Большая часть средств предусмотрена на комитет по СМИ – 220 млн рублей.
Напомним, инвестиционный комитет создан в феврале 2022 года. Комитет по делам молодежи появился в результате реорганизации министерства образования и молодежной политики. Его возглавил Виталий Косачев.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. Founder Pavel Durov says tech is meant to set you free In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
