Национальное ноу-хау в виде насыпной дамбы из грязи, хоть и соответствует культуре народа-хомяка и народа-бурундука, не очень хорошо справляется с поставленной задачей. Возможно, было бы даже лучше, если бы данный госзаказ реализовали бобры.
