Она заключила контракты на обустройство мусорных площадок на сумму свыше 350 тысяч рублей, но использовала выделенные деньги по собственному усмотрению. А также присвоила в качестве премии еще 155 тысяч рублей из бюджетных средств. Рассматривается вопрос о заключении злоумышленницы под стражу, сообщают в пресс-службе следственном управлении СКР по Амурской области.

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
