Минюст потребовал ликвидировать благотворительный фонд Евгения Ройзмана
Управление Минюста по Свердловской области подало в суд иск о ликвидации благотворительного фонда Евгения Ройзмана, сообщили РИА «Новости» со ссылкой на судебные документы.
Иск о ликвидации фонда поступил в Октябрьский районный суд Екатеринбурга. Первое заседание назначено на 2 апреля.
В чем заключаются претензии Минюста, пока неизвестно. В фонде Ройзмана сообщили «7х7», что пока не комментируют иск.
UPD. Евгений Ройзман рассказал «Вечерним ведомостям», что Минюст подал иск о ликвидации его фонда после недавней проверки. Выводы проверяющих фонд сейчас оспаривает в суде.
Фонд Ройзмана основан в 2015 году политиком и экс-мэром Екатеринбурга Евгением Ройзманом. Он помогает некоммерческим инициативам Свердловской области, участвовал в создании первого екатеринбургского хосписа и финансово поддерживает тяжелобольных детей.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine.
