Это без квартала Герцена, который тогда ещё, всё-таки, числился за Самолётом. Ну и по февралю ожидается ок 30 ДДУ...
Кстати, ФСК по январю 2025 насчитали у себя по всей группе среднее: Рассрочка 30%, Ипотека 49%. Остальное кэш. Напомню, по итогам 2024, рассрочников было 24%. По другим застроям стату светил тут, ещё здесь, и общий срез по 100 девелоперам @iliilitop
