ЗПИФ «Консорциум. Первый» сообщил, что намерен продлить срок подачи заявок до 11 июня 2024 года включительно, срок их акцепта – до 17 июня 2024 года включительно.
При этом сроки поставок акций Yandex N.V., МКПАО ЯНДЕКС и перевода денежных средств остаются прежними.
Указанные изменения должны быть одобрены инвестиционным комитетом ЗПИФ «Консорциум. Первый», который, как ожидается, состоится в начале недели с 27 мая 2024 года.
Сроки приема заявок на биржевой обмен акций Yandex N.V., которые были приобретены на Московской и СПБ бирже, не меняются – он продлится до 15.00 мск 21 июня 2024 года.
