Наши люди очень верят в чудеса. Значительная часть населения живет в мире, в котором цены на квартиры в один день возьмут и рухнут. Блоггеры из числа риелторов подогревают это постами и видео, получают просмотры, народ кивает и ликует. Им кажется: «Скоро-скоро».
А правда сурова. Скоро-скоро цены очень прилично повысятся.
