Инициатива поступила со стороны народного депутата от партии «Голос» Инны Совсун. Документ содержит правовые гарантии для ЛГБТ-пар (имущество, наследство и др), но партнерство - это еще не брак.
По словам автора, этого требуют западные коллеги, а также необходимость отмены "русских скреп". «Как общество мы должны исправить большую несправедливость, когда у части граждан и гражданок меньше прав, чем у всех остальных», - заявила депутат.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news.
