Разработка новых контрастируюших агентов для МРТ продолжается во многих группах по всему миру. Казанские химики из ИОФХ #РАН @IOPCArbuzov, КФУ @kznuniversity и КНИТУ-КХТУ совместно с биологами из КИББ РАН и ИЦиГ СО РАН @icgsoran (Новосибирск) создали бимодальные контрастеры, способные эффективно работать в режимах T1- и Т2-взвешенной МРТ. В основе - наночастицы оксида железа и ионы марганца (эта комбинация и дает эффект бимодальности), вокруг - силикатная оболочка, которую можно модицифировать под накопление в разных тканях - например, под кишечник, печень или и почки (на мышах, по крайней мере, это работает ок).

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
