الجواب: صيام يوم الشك، وهو يوم الثلاثين من شعبان، إذا كانت الليلة ليلة الثلاثين مغيمة أو فيها ما يمنع رؤية القمر، فإنه منهي عنه، لقول عمار بن ياسر رضي الله عنه: من صام اليوم الذي يشك فيه فقد عصى أبا القاسم صلى الله عليه وسلم. وفي الصحيحين عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال: «لا تقدموا رمضان بصوم يوم ولا يومين، إلا رجل كان يصوم صوماً فليصمه».

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
