Лекция всего на 50 минут, но в своё время далась очень тяжело. Хотя весь материал понятный и отработанный, но говорить только в камеру без аудитории или второго соведущего совсем не моё - энергию брать неоткуда: ни глаз коллег, ни реплик из зала, ни общих шуток.
Поэтому получилось содержательно (презентация с цитатами и реквизитами конкретной судебной практики есть в рассылке), но, кажется, немного суховато. Если посмотрите - напишите в комментариях, интересно же, как со стороны.
