🇷🇼 5 февраля вступает в силу Соглашение между Правительством Российской Федерации и Правительством Республики Руанда о безвизовых поездках владельцев дипломатических или служебных паспортов.
Соглашением предусматривается безвизовый режим поездок для владельцев действительных дипломатических или служебных паспортов на срок до 90 дней, а в случае, если они являются сотрудниками дипломатических представительств, консульских учреждений или представительств при международных организациях, – на период их аккредитации.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. And while money initially moved into stocks in the morning, capital moved out of safe-haven assets.
