Надо, всё-таки, расшифровать. Меркель отлично знает причины наших претензий к Украине, ей лично это много раз объясняли. Так что врёт. Но вот почему?
Вариантов тут два. Первый — что "их" мнение России вообще не волнует. "Они" решили, что Украина должна быть в НАТО и этого достаточно. Но тогда зачем предъявлять претензии России? Она просто "зеркалит" эту логику и говорит: "Это исконно русские земли и они русскими останутся". Точка.
Другое дело, что при таком подходе смысла в переговорах нет, "победитель получает всё".
А вот другой вариант ... Меркель это говорит кому-то конкретному, кому такая логика должна лечь на душу. В расчёте что-то получить. И я пока не знаю, кому и зачем.
PS. Это, конечно, не экономика, но уж больно Меркель своим враньём меня утром в воскресенье вывела из равновесия.
