Вітаю вас мої улюбленці сталкери та гості нашого файного бару, а у нас сьогодні новий БР (благодійний розіграш). Сьогодні ми починаємо розіграш для допомоги нашому другові Жабичеві у зборі, ми допоможемо закрити збір на авто для артилеристів 79 бригади.
(Там залишилось менше 15к грн, якщо ми закриємо цей збір більше донатів, то наступні донати будуть спрямовані на РЕБ)😈

А сьогодні у нас на розіграші будуть два призи, дві аніме фігурки:

1 місце — фігурка демониці — сукуби Альбедо з тайтлу Overlord🤗
2 місце — фігурка демониці Torture Tortura з тайтлу "Час тортур, принцесо"🤩

Для участі у розіграші треба задонатити на квиточки, 1 квиточок — 25 грн, 2 квиточки — 50 грн і так далі. Задонатьте і присилайте скрін під оригінальним постом, ми вас й пронумеруємо, чим більше квиточків тим більше шансів на виграш! Нічого зайвого не пишіть у коментарі, щоб легше було пронумерувати.💘

Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
