КоАП РФ был дополнен статьей 15.23.2, согласно которой за ненаправление заявления об установлении владения акциями или долями ЭЗО, которые на данный момент находятся в непосредственном владении холдингов, зарегистрированных в недружественных странах, после получения предписания Росфинмониторинга резидент РФ может быть привлечен к ответственности в виде наложения административного штрафа:
🔹на граждан – от 200 до 400 тыс. руб.
🔹на должностных лиц – от 300 до 500 тыс. руб.
🔹на юридических лиц – от 500 до 700 тыс.руб.
