Между ними произошёл конфликт. 78-летний мужчина ударил 48-летнего знакомого топором по голове не меньше 5 раз. Затем он нанёс ещё 15 ударов руками и ногами. Мужчина умер из-за открытой черепно-мозговой травмы.
Подозреваемый признал вину, однако не особо помнил, что происходило в ту ночь. Жуковский районный суд признал виновным 78-летнего подозреваемого. Его приговорили к 8 годам и 6 месяцам в колонии строгого режима. Также суд постановил выплатить 1 000 000 рублей матери погибшего.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
