Поэтому на помощьмчится главный ЖКХшник всея Руси Андрей Чибис. По части коммунальных косяков он тот еще мастер-ломастер. Даже не знаем, какой будет польза от приезда нашего Андрея Владимировича. Ну постучит по головкам местных чиновников, да и все решение проблемы.
