С удовольствием присоединился к всероссийской акции «Закаленная Россия - сильная страна». На водной станции ЦСКА более 100 человек сначала немного пробежались, разогрелись, а потом обливались на морозе. Если делать всё правильно и регулярно - здоровью только на пользу. Передаём эстафету наших соседним регионам.
