В селе Слобода Петропавловская после капитального ремонта в рамках национального проекта «Культура» вновь заработал сельский дом культуры.

А в селе Новопоселенная Лебедка открылся новый фельдшерско-акушерский пункт, теперь получать медицинскую помощь жители будут в комфортных условиях. Эти события стали большим подарком для жителей этих населенных пунктов.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
