«Есть идея разделить пакет санкций, поскольку мы согласовали его уже на 90%, а именно двигаться вперед со всем, кроме эмбарго на нефть», – сказал один из источников.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
