Часть этой суммы пойдет и на расселение жителей аварийных домов. По программе ускоренной ликвидации аварийного жилья в регионе уже выделено 2 млрд рублей, что позволит переселить 2 600 человек и уменьшить площадь аварийного жилья почти на 51 тыс. кв. м.
