Находишься за границей Если ты испанец-идешь в Консульство Испании в стране, где потерял и просишь сертификат на возвращение. Но это же наш случай, тогда так: 1. Сходить в местные lost & found. Знаю кейс что находили в аэропорту удачно. 2. Если в паспорта осталась национальная D visa то переходим к пункту №5. 3. Если визы D нет, то это проблема. Большая. Идешь в консульство в стране где находишься или возвращается в свою страну. 4. Делаешь национальную ВИЗУ в Испанию. 5. Въезжаешь по национальной D визе 6. Восстанавливаешь резиденцию/дупликат карты, по инструкции Находишься в Испании
