Sant Gervasi в отличие от Sant Marti очень классный район для жизни, особенно семейным. Почему?

- много школ всех видов
- зеленый: улицы не превращаются в ад летом
- классные площадки
- много больниц
- нет туристов
- есть аналог урбанизаций и танхаусов(перекрытые улицы с отдельным входом у каждого)

➖
- аренда 2-3 бедрума от 1900-2500€
- покупка тех же 2-3 бедрумов от 500к. Реально старт 600-800 пожалуй
- далеко до моря
- мало велодорожек и заметный градиент
- valcarca которая выглядит реальной не такая классная чем близкие к холмам части района
- новостроек мало и очень дорогие

Выводы: классный район, но очень очень дорого
