Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) официально объявила о конкурсе на строительство семи новых трамваев, которые станут основой будущей системы трамвайного сообщения в регионе.

🔍 Что мы знаем:
- проект оценивается в 15,2 миллиона евро, включая как закупку подвижного состава, так и строительство инфраструктуры.
- Трамвай свяжет Таррагону, Реус и другие важные точки региона
- Систему запустят в два этапа. Первый из них предусматривает тестирование новых составов и оценку эффективности маршрута.
- Проект ориентирован на комфорт: низкий пол, доступность для людей с ограниченной мобильностью

Пока что из изменений замечено:
- ввели оплату картой
- планируют новую жд станцию в Реусе
- закупили новые электробусы как на фото
- сделали новую развязку для автобусов у автовокзала
- отменили, а потом сохранили льготы на проезд

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
