Затем мошенники рассказывают, что у каждой квартиры теперь якобы будет свой код от домофона, и чтобы «закодировать магнитные ключи», нужно назвать код из СМС.
На самом деле он нужен для доступа к аккаунту на «Госуслугах».

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
