Министр энергетики Казахстана Алмасадам Саткалиев подписал приказ о продаже бензина и дизельного топлива иностранцам по более высокой цене.
С 17 мая 2024 года литр бензина марки Аи-92/Аи-93 будет стоить:
• для иностранных водителей — 245 тенге ($0,54) • для казахстанских водителей — 205 тенге ($0,45), до 100 литров в сутки • для казахстанских водителей на машинах с казахскими госномерами — 205 тенге ($0,45), до 300 литров в сутки
• для иностранных водителей — 315 тенге ($0,69) • для казахстанских водителей — 295 тенге ($0,65), до 100 литров в сутки • для казахстанских водителей на машинах с казахскими госномерами — 295 тенге ($0,65), до 300 литров в сутки

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
