Несмотря на то, что набережная утыкана камерами видеонаблюдения, преступники в Тюмени могут чувствовать себя совершенно спокойно. Не секрет, что тюменская полиция умеет только следить за законопослушными гражданами в интересах криминала и "сливать" за деньги возбужденные уголовные дела. А если с вами что-то случится и не дай Бог придётся позвонить по телефону 112, то с высокой, прямо таки 99% долей вероятности, к вам никто не придет на помощь. Полиция занимается совсем другими делами.
