И если Росгеология предлагала отходы обезвоживать и делать технический грунт, то Газэнергострой предлагал отходы жечь. Объёмы вот только были несоизмеримы - 5 млн т отходов БЦБК - это вам не 75 тыс т химотходов Чёрной дыры.
Но, теперь мы все начинаем заново. На разработку проекта с ноля есть время. Силы. А главное средства.
