Гораздо более живые локации в ЦАО - это Хамовники, Пресня, Якиманка-Шаболовка, на худой конец Мещанский. Там уже есть нормальные, больше парки, чего нет внутри Садового, можно быстро на тачке и до Садового доехать и на ТТК выехать и тд.
