С появлением Вани свекла для меня заиграла новыми красками.
Раньше воспринимала её исключительно в борще и селёдке под шубой. Сейчас считаю даже в виде гарнира - восторг 💔
А в салате так вообще! Гастрономия вкуса🔽
❣️Листья салата Я беру чаще всего смесь с рукколой и шпинатом ❣️Варёная свекла ❣️Помидоры В оригинальном рецепте идет апельсин, с ним тоже люблю, но сейчас надо уничтожать тепличные запасы. ❣️Страчателла Можно заменить на буррату
➡️Я укладываю слоями и каждый слой немного солю. Салат, посолили, свёкла, посолили, помидоры, посолили. Сверху еще немного салата и страчателлу. Ничем не заправляю, так как помидоры, свекла и сыр дают нормально сок.
❇️ когда мне всё это впадлу, то я просто мешаю свеклу со страчателлой 🐷 и завариваю дошик
