حجت‌الله ميرزايی، رييس مركز پژوهش‌های اتاق بازرگانی، در نشستی درباره بررسی لایحه بودجه ۱۴۰۴ گفت: ۹۲ درصد نفت ایران با حدود ۳۰ درصد تخفیف و هزینه‌های دیگر به چین فروخته می‌شود و درباره نحوه دریافت نیز ما تعیین‌کننده نیستیم و چین در ازای آن اتوبوس برقی یا کالای دیگر تحویل می‌دهد.
او افزود: این تحریم‌ها ما را در تله استعماری قرن نوزدهمی انداخته که دولت چاره‌ای جز پذیرش آن ندارد و مجبور است اقتصاد را بسیار گران‌تر از حد معمول اداره کند.
