Подкаст «Сперва роди».
Ведущие - три папы, поднимают вопросы родительства, воспитания, отношений в семье и ценностей. И пытаются повысить ценность фигуры отца :) 🧍

Я послушала несколько выпусков и уже втянулась. Например, очень понравился этот. Вот несколько идей, которые мне показались особо важными:
🟤 разгрузить/загрузить посуду - это не помощь партнеру, это обязанность как равносильного члена семьи;
🟤 поддержка матери, которая не может укачать малыша: это не значит, что она плохая мать;
🟤 сколько бы ни было у ребенка вариантов слова «щас», нужно работать прежде всего над собой. Сделать паузу и переоценить свое поведение;
🟤 традиции и ритуалы (ровно как их смена и отмена) крайне важны в семье.
