В народной республике важно развивать общественные организации, систему трудовых отрядов, поддержку молодёжных инициатив. «Опыт, накопленный за годы работы в Новосибирской области, поможет в развитии Луганской народной республики», – уверен Василий Носков.
Надеемся, что опыт в нашем регионе действительно позитивный и эффективный, а коллегам найдётся, что перенять. Хотелось бы верить, что наше облправительство будет активно помогать и в других сферах.
