В Солнцевском суде Москвы начался процесс над москвичом Иваном Ждановым по делу о клевете на судью, сообщает корреспондент «Медиазоны» из зала суда.
Жданов — полный тезка директора ФБК, судья Игорь Бараксанов рассказал, что из-за этого возникла путаница с адвокатами, желающими участвовать в деле.
Москвич признал вину и попросил суд об особом порядке рассмотрения дела. Он пояснил «Медиазоне», что еще в 2019 году написал в интернете, что дал взятку судье в Ставропольском крае. Дело тянулось с тех пор, так как, по версии, следствия Жданов скрылся.
Жданову грозит штраф до пяти миллионов рублей или обязательные работы.
