Якобы он сообщил своей падчерице сроки расселения из аварийного жилья, после чего она приобрела там квартиру и получила по программе новую недвижимость. В самом посёлке Поздняков пользуется доверием жителей.
Местная Дума рассмотрит вопрос о лишении Позднякова полномочий 2 ноября.
