За 2024 год в Минприроды Омской области поступило 136 материалов об административных правонарушениях по статье 8.2 КоАП РФ. Так, к административной ответственности в виде штрафа привлечено 94 нарушителя: 6 юридических лиц, 82 гражданина, 5 индивидуальных предпринимателей и 1 должностное лицо.
Общая сумма наложенных за 2024 год штрафов составила 3 246 000 рублей.
