Потом можно будет не удивляться, почему люди вне зависимости от финансового положения, здоровья и т.п. отказываются рожать детей. Даже если у человека будут финансовые возможности, жилье и прочее, но с подросткового возраста у него будет сформирован максимально уродливый образ семейной жизни, то отказ от рождения детей будет логичным следствием этого безобразия.
Конечно, если этот запрет введут рождаемость не взлетит до небес, но какое-то количество тысяч людей сохранит свою душу от негативной антисемейной пропаганды.
Другие меры тоже нужны, но они не отменяют необходимость этой меры, пусть некоторые пока этого и не понимают.
