Минстрой Бурятии предложил для утверждения показатели средней рыночной стоимости одного квадратного метра жилья на четвертый квартал 2024 года в Улан-Удэ и в районах республики. В случае утверждения, положения приказа Минстроя распространятся на правоотношения, возникшие с 1 октября 2024 года. Согласно проекту приказа, средняя рыночная стоимость одного квадратного метра в Улан-Удэ составит 108 699 рублей, аналогичная стоимость предполагается установить и для Северобайкальска.
